Sonam Babani, a prominent fashion influencer, recently found herself in a harrowing situation when her car was struck by a teenage driver in Mumbai. Following Babani’s complaint, the authorities booked Poddar and charged him with sections related to rash and negligent driving. Additionally, he was issued a notice to appear in court under section 35(3) of BNSS.
